As the vines begin to bud with new growth in spring why not create a sweet, bubbly, and aromatic twist with this sangria variation from the previous year’s fruit bounty. A light and refreshing drink that is great for sharing regardless of how many friends are joining. Just remember to prepare it early so the fruit has a chance to infuse and pack a flavour punch. Pun intended.  

 

Ingredients: 

  • 60ml KWV brandy 
  • 400ml Ken Forrester Chenin Blanc 
  • Lemonade 
  • Strawberries 
  • Peaches 
  • Blueberries 

Method: 

  1. In a pitcher mix the brandy, wine and fruit then top with ice and lemonade and enjoy.
