Salmon with Citrus Soy Whiskey Sauce:
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- Lemon Slices
Citrus Soy Whiskey Sauce:
- 1/2 cup whiskey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbps fresh orange juice
- 3 tbps freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbps Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the Citrus Soy Sauce.
- Pre-heated oven (200 degrees) oven and place the dish. Cook the fish (in the sauce) until done. About 15-20 minutes, when the fish flakes easily.
