Salmon with Citrus Soy Whiskey Sauce:



  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon Slices

Citrus Soy Whiskey Sauce: 

  • 1/2 cup whiskey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbps fresh orange juice
  • 3 tbps freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tbps Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)


  1. In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the Citrus Soy Sauce.
  2. Pre-heated oven (200 degrees) oven and place the dish. Cook the fish (in the sauce) until done. About 15-20 minutes, when the fish flakes easily.
