Elderflower and Cherry Gin Fizz

Here is a recipe for a beautiful Gin cocktail that will blow all of your friends and family away. It is fresh and creamy all at once and oh so delicious. You can use any gin for it, We decided to use Inverroche because it is local and it is subtle in flavour.  

Ingredients:

1. 2 shots (50ml) Inverroche gin 
2. 1 egg white ( You can substitute 2 TBS aquafaba ) 
3. 50ml elderflower cordial 
4. 1 TBS lemon juice 
5. Top with soda water 
6. Cherries for topping 

Method: 

1. In a cocktail shaker, pour in the gin, egg white, lemon juice and cordial.
2. Shake well until you get a really nice white foam formed.  
3.  Pour into a glass, put in some ice and fill to the top with soda water.
4. Top with a cherry and enjoy.
