
Chenin Blanc can be tricky to pair with cheese. Select only soft, creamy cheese such as a smooth, un-aged Brie, Camembert, any soft, creamy cheese with a whole-walnut crust, Reblochon, a nutty Swiss Emmentaler, A French Comtè, and a mild, creamy Italian Teleme.
Avoid pungent cheese and those high in acid, such as goats’s milk cheese
