Professors Poisoned Apple

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Amaretto
  • 20 ml Laphroaig Scotch
  • 30 ml cranberry juice
  • 45 ml apple cider
  • 10 drops bitters
  • Dry Ice (optional)

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients except dry ice into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake to combine .Strain into the glass( or Laboratory beakers as we did!)
  3. Top with a few chips of dry ice.
  4. Don’t Drink until ice has evaporated
  5. Cheers.
