The Sexy Siren is the perfect date night cocktail! Something you both will enjoy and set the mood!
Ingredients:
For the cocktail:
- 25ml White Cacao (Bols)
- 3 Maraschino Cherries
- 10ml Lime Juice
- 35ml Cranberry Juice
- 15ml Cellulose (optional)
- Durbanville Hills Honeysuckle
- Garnish: Edible Flowers, Rasberry Dust (Optional
For the Cellulose (Optional)
- 15ml Raw egg white with a pinch of salt (or use Milk Whey)
For the Raspberry Dust (optional):
- Freeze-dried Raspberries (or any berries) blended into dust
Method:
- Add the cherries and some of their juice/syrup to a shaker with the White Cacao & press or muddle the cherries.
- Add the cranberry juice, lime juice & egg white/cellulose.
- Fill the shaker with ice, seal it off and shake hard for 10 seconds.
- Use a strainer/lid to strain the mix into a wine or cocktail glass.
- Top with some Durbanville Hills Honeysuckle and garnish with raspberry dust and edible flowers.
