2 Tbsp Butter
1 small Red onion, sliced into wheels

1/2 cup Klipdrift Brandy
1/2 cup Tomato Sauce

1/4 cup Brown sugar

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

Step 1 – Heat a cast iron pan on the flaming fire and melt the butter in. Add in the onions and fry for a few minutes, 2 – 3.

Step 2 – Pour in the Klipdrift and stand back as the brandy flames.

Step 3 – Move to a lower heat area of the fire and add in the rest of the ingredients. Stir them all together and let it sizzle away until it thickens a bit.
