Darkside
Ingredients :
- 70 ml Gin (We used Musgrave Gin 11)
- 20 ml Red Wine ( We used Diemersdal Pinotage, but any red wine can work)
- 3 Splashes of bitters
- Garnish: Maraschino cherry
Method:
- Add all the ingredients into a meeting glass with ice and stir until cold
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry
