- 60 ml Whiskey (We used Bains Whiskey)
- 15 ml fino sherry
- 30 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml beet juice
- Add all ingredients except the beet juice into a shaker with ice and shake until chilled
- Strain into a glass pipe or a rock glass over fresh ice.
- Top with the beet juice.
