Witches’ Brew

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Whiskey (We used Bains Whiskey)
  • 15 ml  fino sherry
  • 30 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 15 ml beet juice

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients except the beet juice into a shaker with ice and shake until chilled
  2. Strain into a glass pipe or a rock glass over fresh ice.
  3. Top with the beet juice.
