Ingredients:
- 60ml Whisky
- 3/4 Lemon Juice
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 15ml egg white
- Bitters, for garnish
Direction:
- Add all ingredients into a shaker & dry shake (no ice)
- Add Ice & shake again
- Strain into a glass
- Garnish with 3-4 drops of bitter
