Add a twist to your traditional gin and tonic with these festive treats! In this recipe Sarah Graham shows us how to make something a little fancier and interesting.   • Zest and Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 0,25 cup caster sugar
  • 4 tots gin
  • 600 ml tonic water
  • Lots of ice


  • Add lime zest, cardamom pod, sugar and blueberries to your pestle and mortar. Crush the cardamom pod to release the seeds and mix everything together into a rough paste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large glass jug, adding lime juice, gin and tonic water to taste, and lots of ice.
