Ingredients
- Zest and Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 cup blueberries
- 0,25 cup caster sugar
- 4 tots gin
- 600 ml tonic water
- Lots of ice
Preparation
- Add lime zest, cardamom pod, sugar and blueberries to your pestle and mortar. Crush the cardamom pod to release the seeds and mix everything together into a rough paste.
- Transfer the mixture to a large glass jug, adding lime juice, gin and tonic water to taste, and lots of ice.
