Ingredients:

  • Double shot of Inverroche rum
  • 1 TBS honey
  • 2 TBS lemon juice
  • Half a naartjie squeezed into each glass
  • Soda water top
  • Dehydrated naartjies

Method:

  1. Dissolve the honey in the lemon juice.
  2. Pour the rum into the glasses, squeeze in the nartjie juice and divide the lemon and honey between them.
  3. Add in ice and top with soda.
