Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 2 Large limes ( cut into pieces)
  • 3 Cups of water
  • 2/3 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 – 1/4 Cup Rum
  • 1/2 mint leaves
  • Ice Cubes

Directions:

1 In a blender combine lime pieces, 2 cups of water and sugar for 30 seconds, until the limes are chopped ( Do not pure).
2. Strain through a sieve into a large pitcher. Mix in remaining water, cover and let set for 1 to 12 hours.
3. Stir rum into the lime mixture.
4. Dip glass in sugar and fill with ice. Pour over mixture and add some lime and mint leaves.

Piña Colada Cooler

  • 50 ml Coconut Flavored Rum
  • 90 ml Rugani Pineapple juice
  • 120 ml Food Lover’s Sparkling water
  • 1 Tablespoon Food Lover’s coconut cream

Directions:

1. Pour ingredients over ice and stir.

Sangria Sparkler!

Ingredients:

  • (1) 750 ml Bottle of red wine
  • 1 cup of Food Lover’s Orange juice
  • 1/4 cup of brandy or cognac
  • 1/4 cup of orange liqueur
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 2 orange slices
  • 2 cup of Soda water
  • Optional: Crushed ice and/or Orange peel

Directions:

1. In a large pitcher, combine wine, orange juice, brandy, orange liqueur, sugar and orange slices.
2. Chill at least for 2 hours.
3. Add Soda water before serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Wasabi powder
  • 20 ml lime juice – from fresh limes
  • 30 ml Light agave nectar ( Sweetener)
  • 50 ml Tequila

Directions:

1.Salt the rim of the glass
2. In a shaker add all of the ingredients with ice.
3. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
4. Strain over fresh ice into a glass.

Frozen Lime Margarita!

Ingredients:

  • 350 ml Frozen lime Cordial
  • 2/3 cup Tequila
  • 1/2 Cup orange juice or orange liqueur
  • 4 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 medium lime
  • salt
  • Orange slice

Directions:

1. In a blender combine lime cordial, tequila and orange juice. Until combined
2. Add ice cubes one by one until the mixture becomes slushy.
3. Cut a thick lime slice. Rub slices around rims glass. Dip rim into a dish of coarse salt to coat rim. Pour mixture into glass.
4. Enjoy!

Strawberry – Citrus Vodka Cocktail!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Strawberries
  • Mint
  • 20ml light agave nectar (Sweetener)
  • 50 ml Citrus Vodka
  • 20 ml Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

Directions:

1. In a shaker, muddle together mint and strawberries.
2. Add the remaining ingredients.
3. Shake vigorously with ice.
4. Pour entire contents of shaker into a tall glass. ( Include all of the mint & Strawberry pulp)

Blueberry Lemon Breeze

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup ice/ severed Ice cubes
  • 250 ml Raspberry Passion Juice
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Vodka
