Today we made it with some beautiful dehydrated apples and fresh lavender for a bit of an Autumn feel.
We have made gin with all sorts of mixers, added in an egg to make a sour, turned it into a martini, and more. But still the classic gin and tonic wins our hearts.
Ingredients:
- Double-shot Hendricks gin
- 1 dehydrated apple slice
- 1 lavender sprig
- Tonic top-up
