Ingredients per cup: 

  • ½ Slab Lindt Dark Chocolate 
  • 250ml Milk 
  • Dbl shot Amarula or Whisky 
  • Marshmallows  

Method: 

  • In a pot on a medium heat melt the slab of chocolate broken up into pieces and add the milk at the same time.
  • Allow the chocolate to melt slowly while continuously stirring the pot until smooth and the mixture is hot but not boiling.
  • Pour into mugs with your alcohol of choice serve with marshmallows – flame roasted if you like.   

The evening night cap dessert all in one for, those cold winter nights – Spiked Hot Chocolate. Amarula (or Whisky) Hot Chocolate is always a treat but, why not put in that extra effort to make it extra decadent. Real dark chocolate melted in a pot with the milk of your choice. The result is a super dreamy and creamy Easter hot chocolate that your dinner guests didn’t even know they wanted. Those who decline will have instant FOMO when they smell the chocolate cooking so be sure to make one for them anyway.
