  • 60ml Ginger beer
  • 60ml Cranberry juice

Garnish: Sugared cranberries

Glass: Champagne, chilled, to top


  1. Combine all ingredients in a Champagne flute

  2. Garnish with skewered sugared cranberries.

Candy Cane Mimosa:


  • 25ml white crème de menthe, chilled (Bols)
  • 1 dash chocolate bitters
  • Sparkling wine, to top


  • Melted chocolate chips
  • Crushed candy cane
  • Whole candy cane
