Ingredients 

For the ice cubes: 

Cherries 

Rosemary sprigs 

Apple Juice 

 

For the Cocktail: 

4 Cherry apple ice cubes 

1 Shot Red Square Vodka 

JC le Roux Brut Sparkling wine 

 

Method: 

Step 1 – Start the day before and make your ice cubes. Add two cherries into each ice mold, then add a sprig of rosemary into each. Pour over apple juice to fill each cube then place it carefully into the freezer to freeze.  

Step 2 – Once the ice cubes are frozen place 4 into a glass. Pour over the vodka and sparkling wine to top it off. Enjoy the drink once the ice has melted a bit.
