An easy, make ahead cocktail for a crowd

Serves 6


  • 240 ml Bushmills Irish whiskey
  • 60 ml Drambuie
  • 120 ml sour mix, or, 120 ml lemon juice and 60 ml simple syrup
  • 90 ml honey
  • 375 ml water
  • 4-5 dashes Angostura bitters


  • Combine all ingredients in a medium pot.
  • Over medium heat, warm the mixture, stirring constantly.
  • Transfer to a large punch bowl and serve in coffee mugs.
  • Garnish with shaved nutmeg.
