An easy, make ahead cocktail for a crowd
- 240 ml Bushmills Irish whiskey
- 60 ml Drambuie
- 120 ml sour mix, or, 120 ml lemon juice and 60 ml simple syrup
- 90 ml honey
- 375 ml water
- 4-5 dashes Angostura bitters
- Combine all ingredients in a medium pot.
- Over medium heat, warm the mixture, stirring constantly.
- Transfer to a large punch bowl and serve in coffee mugs.
- Garnish with shaved nutmeg.
