Invented at the Artists’ Club in the rue Pigalle, Paris in the 1920s, this is a classic mixture of Scotch and sherry.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 TBs Scotch Whiskey
- 1.5 TBs Sweet Brown Sherry
- 2tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Grenadine
Method:
- Shake all the ingredients well with ice, and straight into a Martini cocktail glass. Add a slice of lemon and cherry to serve.
