Irish Coffee
Ingredients
120ml Mocha pot coffee or Double shot espresso
2 shots Chivas Regal 12-year Scotch whiskey
1 TBS Sugar
Whipped cream
Hot water
Cocoa powder
Method
Step one:
Brew your favourite coffee.
Step two:
Poor hot water into your cup to warm the glass. Let the water sit for a few seconds then discard.
Step three:
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, your freshly brewed coffee, a double shot of Chivas Regal 12-year Scotch whiskey and stir.
Step five:
Top up your glass with freshly boiled water leaving enough space for the whipped cream.
Step six:
Add your choice of whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
